The EZO-HUM Embedded Humidity Probe – Plastic Body is engineered for a variety of applications, including environmental monitoring and industrial processes. The probe is constructed with a photosensitive resin body, ensuring its durability and versatility, particularly for indoor humidity measurement. It provides consistent and accurate readings, matching the performance of the EZO-HUM Circuit in terms of readings and accuracy, with the only difference being the design.
The EZO-HUM-P is equipped with an embedded humidity probe featuring a plastic body, a data cable with a 5-pin male connector, and a locknut with an O-ring to ensure a secure fit. It can measure relative humidity, dew point, and air temperature within a wide range. The probe is factory-calibrated and offers a rapid response time, delivering readings in both UART and I2C modes. Its accuracy is maintained across a broad range of humidity levels. The probe's body is made from a photosensitive resin known as 9000R, and it is connected via a 5-lead data cable that is one meter in length. The data is communicated in ASCII format and the probe operates on a voltage range suitable for many applications. Additionally, the probe boasts an IP67 rating, indicating it is waterproof up to one meter, and has a NEMA 6P rating. It is designed with a long life expectancy.
